Syanna Wand, FNTP (she/her)

Owner, Educator and Lead coach

Syanna the founder and creator of Interpersonal Embodied Healing and is both a life-long student and teacher of relational and somatic healing.

Beginning her work as a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Syanna eventually shifted her professional focus to include working with the trauma she found tied to most of her complex client cases and has been in the field of health, wellness and healing now for almost a decade. She is trained as a Functional Nutritional Therapist and has completed the NARM Level 1 training for working with Complex and Developmental Trauma and has, throughout the years, worked with hundreds of clients to support them in feeling safe, connected and at ease in their bodies, minds and relationships after trauma.

Syanna lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with her partner and their two dogs and enjoys spending time in the mountains hiking, skiing and climbing, as well as reading, writing and exploring art, music and food.

Rates

1:1 Coaching

$1920.00 for twelve 50-minute sessions ($160.00 per session).

Payment may be made in monthly installments or in full.

Payment plans require a $25.00 processing fee per payment.

3-Day Healing Intensive:

Individuals: $2475.00.

Couples: $4950.00

Families: $7550.00

David Henry (he/him)

Coach

David is a coach at Interpersonal Embodied Healing. He’s been in practice as a coach since 2020 and has recently taken the Interpersonal Embodied Healing Practitioner Training to join us in working with clients who carry attachment and developmental trauma.

David holds a degree in Sociology from Virginia Tech University and continues to work passionately to understand how early childhood adversity and trauma impact our sense of self, our sense of safety, and our ability to relate authentically and vulnerably inside our closest relationships. He currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, loves the stillness and solitude of the desert, hiking, paddle boarding, and scenic motorcycle rides. He enjoys living a simple, minimalist life devoted to love, truth, and presence.
