3-Day Healing Intensives

3-day intensives are a wonderful chance to explore more deeply specific areas of trauma, concern, frustration or stress that are currently impacting clients lives in ways that feel overwhelming or beyond their current capacity to cope with successfully.

Set in the restorative mountains of Salt Lake City, your experience will consist of a single 2-hour introduction session, four 90-minute follow up sessions and one walking integration experience over three days, where we will use a somatic, trauma-informed, attachment oriented approach to explore the places you may be storing traumatic experience in need of tending, processing and integration.

We will use a variety of supportive (optional) modalities in and after our sessions, including but not limited to: Bilateral stimulation, somatic meditation, sound therapy, regulating breath practices and Neuro-Affective Touch work.

All of this will take place using an attachment-focused lens to provide adequate co-regulation and resourcing needed to move through the felt experiences of the body while still feeling grounded and safe.

 While somatic and attachment healing work is generally described as “slow medicine”, 3-day intensives offer a fantastic jumpstart into the waters of trauma healing and relational repair that can be supplemented or followed up by less rigorous and more consistent coaching or therapy afterward.

9+ hours of direct 1:1 coaching, processing, guidance and care.

What to bring to session:

Any snacks or beverages you may want during your break between sessions. Breaks last 30 minutes.

Comfortable clothing (anything that feels comfortable to sit, lie down and move in)

A note pad or pen to write down any insights or thoughts you may want to record

 When sessions occur

Times are Mountain Standard Time. Times can be flexible if needed but must be arranged before the start of the weekend.

Friday: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM

Sunday: 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM and 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM

*Walking integration to be scheduled upon arrival.

PRICING:

$2475.00 for individuals

$4950.00 for couples

Intensives are taken on a case-by-case basis and scheduled via Zoom consultation.
